Job description

Honeycomb is delighted to be working with the Western Health and Social Care Trust to recruit a Band 3 Admin Assistant in the Finance Team. This is a temporary Full Time role initially for 6 months with potential for extension

The Company
The position sits with the Finance Department in the South West Acute Hospital in Enniskillen.
The role
  • The Jobholder will provide administrative support to the Access to Healthcare Manager .
  • Liaise with individual departments, external bodies in relation to access to healthcare and the recovery of funds from paying/private patients.
The Person

  • Excellent use of Excel
  • Proactive and keen to learn
  • Ability to work on own initiative.
Essential Criteria
  • 5 GCSE's including English and Maths or higher educational qualification
  • 3 Years administration experience
  • Experience using Microsoft office suit with emphasis on Excel
Desirable Experience
  • Previous experience working with the Trust.
