An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within the inpatients - Adults and Specialist Rehabilitation Division, to support our clinical services.

We have 1 post available at West Heath Hospital - Full time (37.50hrs). The working hours are between Monday - Sunday 8-8.

Main duties of the job

The posts will cover a range of administrative duties, predominately data input, photocopying, telephone answering, monitoring of generic/personal email accounts, scheduling of appointments, pulling patient records. Experience working on Rio. Welcoming visitors.

Qualifications Essential
  • GCSE level or equivalent in Maths and English

Experience Essential
  • Experience of using word processing packages
  • Experience in a similar administrative/business support role
