Early Evening Hotel Services Assistant (Housekeeper)

Working between 15:30 and 18:30 Saturdays and Sundays – 6 hours per week

The successful post holder will provide a catering and cleaning service for our Service Users, Staff and Visitors across our Wards and Departments.

You will be working as part of an established Team who provide a full Hotel Services function across the Hospital.

Main duties of the job

• Catering- The handling, reheating, and service of cook-freeze meals. Making light snacks including salads, sandwiches and beverages. Washing up and associated cleaning within the ward kitchen and dining room.
• Cleaning- Cleaning all areas of the Hospital, including bedrooms with en-suite facilities, bathrooms, day rooms, lounges, corridors, offices and other areas of the Ward.
• Other duties- Handling and disposal of waste, curtain changing and laundering.
