Job summary

Moseley Hall Hospital is recruiting 4 domestic assistants to provide a high standard cleaning service across the site. Roles include 1 part-time 15 hours/week, 2 part-time 22.5 hours/week, and 1 part-time 21 hours/week, all on a 7-day rota.

You will help maintain a clean, safe clinical environment in line with national standards, using electrical cleaning equipment and reporting any maintenance issues to support patient comfort and wellbeing.

Job description

The housekeeping and domestic team at Moseley Hall Hospital is looking to recruit 4 domestic assistants to provide a high standard cleaning service across the Moseley Hall Hospital site. The role available are as follows:

• 1 part time staff member working 5 days out of the 7 on a 15 hour a week contract.
• 2 part time staff member working 3 days out of the 7 on a 22.5 hour a week contract.
• 1 part time staff member working 3 days out of the 7 on a 21 hour a week contract.

If you are unable to fulfil these hours then please do not apply. The cleaning operative will enhance the patient's experience by ensuring that the clinical environment is clean, well presented and maintained to enhance the patient's sense of comfort, safety and well-being.

• To ensure the environment is cleaned in line with the national cleaning standards
• Using electrical machinery
• Cleaning medical/hard equipment.
• Report maintenance issues
