Job Responsibilities:
  1. Work closely with nursing, mammography, management, and medical staffing teams to promptly address clinic issues, ensuring excellent patient service.
  2. Manage follow-up bookings for cancer results clinics, ensuring efficiency and immediate escalation of booking issues to maintain patient care quality.
  3. Handle incoming calls from colleagues, patients, and other services professionally and courteously.
  4. Provide a courteous and professional reception service to patients/clients and clinicians, contributing to the efficient operation of the North London Breast Screening unit.
  5. Be fully competent in all administrative functions required by NLBSS.
