Job summary

Cornish Bakery is seeking a Seasonal Team Member in Exeter to provide outstanding service, serve great coffee and food, and help keep the bakery welcoming. Full training will be provided and there is a mix of full-time and part-time hours for the peak season.

Are you friendly, enthusiastic and ready to make someone’s day? We’re looking for a Seasonal Team Member to serve brilliant coffee and food, create warm customer experiences and help our bakery feel at the heart of its local community.

At Cornish Bakery, our purpose is to nourish people. You’ll join a supportive team, learn new skills through full training and play an important part in delivering the quality, care and personality our customers love.

As a Seasonal Team Member you will:

• Welcome every customer and deliver warm, outstanding service
• Make the World's Best Coffee and other drinks with care and consistency
• Prepare and serve our award-winning food with pride
• Keep the bakery clean, welcoming and well stocked
• Follow food safety, allergen and operational standards
• Work closely with colleagues, help during busy periods and contribute to a positive team atmosphere

Full training will be given for you To Be Yourself as part of an amazing Team.
