Job summary

Cornish Bakery in Cirencester is seeking a Seasonal Team Member to deliver outstanding service, prepare and serve food, and create welcoming experiences for customers.

No bakery or barista experience is required as full training is provided, and you’ll be supported by a close-knit team that values quality, care and community. This fixed term contract covers the peak season with flexible hours and a friendly, energetic work environment.

Are you friendly, enthusiastic and ready to make someone’s day? We’re looking for a Seasonal Team Member to serve brilliant coffee and food, create warm customer experiences and help our bakery feel at the heart of its local community.

At Cornish Bakery, our purpose is to nourish people. You’ll join a supportive team, learn new skills through full training and play an important part in delivering the quality, care and personality our customers love.

As a Seasonal Team Member you will:

• Welcome every customer and deliver warm, outstanding service
• Make the World’s Best Coffee and other drinks with care and consistency
• Prepare and serve our award-winning food with pride
• Keep the bakery clean, welcoming and well stocked
• Follow food safety, allergen and operational standards
• Work closely with colleagues, help during busy periods and contribute to a positive team atmosphere

Full training will be given for you To Be Yourself as part of an amazing Team.
