Job summary

Warburtons is recruiting for an Team Member at our Eastwood bakery in the East Midlands. You’ll support a 24/7 food manufacturing operation, working across production, hygiene and warehouse areas while embracing health and safety, quality and operational standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG in a similar role.

• Experience in a similar role within FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods)
• Ability to work in a safe manner and consider the safety of others

• Demonstrating teamwork and communicating effectively developing relationships with team members and other teams across the site, You'll be working at the very heart of a versatile shift team and not just clocking-in, powering our 24/7 food manufacturing operation. Your commitment will help Warburtons manufacture and deliver products that are unbeatable in quality, making you an invaluable player in our success story. As a Team Member, you'll flex your skills across multiple departments, from maintaining hygiene standards to manning the production line and warehouse. Working with innovative bakery machinery and automated plant equipment will be your bread and butter, and at times, you'll be the maestro orchestrating these operations in our food manufacturing wonderland.
