Job summary

Cornish Bakery is seeking a Team Leader to spearhead shifts, coach staff to uphold Brand Standards, and ensure outstanding service for customers. You will help deliver high-quality coffee and food while supporting bakery operations.

The role offers full-time or part-time hours, with opportunities to lead a passionate team and contribute to a welcoming local bakery experience. Eligibility to work in the UK is required.
