Cornish Bakery is seeking a proactive Team Leader to guide shifts, coach staff to brand standards and maintain exceptional service. You’ll inspire colleagues and customers while championing café quality and consistency across our bakery operations.

• Take the lead on shifts to support your Team in delivering outstanding service

• Assist the Management Team with operating the bakery

• Make the most of colleagues strengths and ensure that they are in the right place to maximise sales
