Homebar is seeking Back of House Team Members to join our Central Production Unit in London. You’ll batch‑prep smoothie bases and syrups, bake bakery‑style goods, and pack finished products to spec, ensuring quality and on‑time delivery to all sites.

The role follows SOPs, requires at least 1 year in a kitchen or food production, basic food safety knowledge, and a reliable, team‑focused mindset with early‑morning shifts.

Formación

• At least 1 year of experience in a kitchen or food production environment.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Comfortable following recipes and SOPs precisely and consistently.
• Able to work early mornings and keep pace during production shifts.
• A team player who takes pride in consistency and cleanliness.

Responsabilidades

• Prep smoothie bases, syrups and other ingredients to recipe spec and daily par levels.
• Bake and finish bakery-style goods to recipe and quality standard.
• Weigh, portion, label and pack finished product for delivery to Homebar sites.
• Follow food safety and hygiene procedures at all times, including allergen handling and labelling.
• Keep your station, equipment and shared kitchen areas clean and organised throughout the shift.
• Track ingredient use and flag low stock, quality issues or yield problems to the CPU Manager.
• Support stock counts, deliveries and general kitchen organisation as needed.
• Work as part of a team to hit daily production targets without compromising on quality or safety.
