Wenzel’s The Bakers is seeking a Team Member/Sales Assistant for a part-time role in the UK. You will greet customers, take orders, handle the till, and help prepare fresh sandwiches and snacks according to food safety standards.

We offer a competitive pay of £12.21 per hour (under 18 £10.00, 18-21 £11.75), a 20-hour weekly schedule, and flexible shifts where possible. Benefits include a free meal per shift, 50% off other food, pension, holiday entitlement, and various staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail is welcome.
• Basic cash handling and till operation experience preferred.
• Food safety and hygiene training provided on site.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and take orders.
• Prepare fresh sandwiches and other products in line with health and safety standards.
• Assist with daily shop operations and maintenance of the shop environment.
