Wenzel’s The Bakers is seeking a Team Member/Sales Assistant for a part-time position in Maidenhead. You’ll join a friendly, fast-paced retail team, delivering great customer service, helping with food preparation and till operation.

We offer training, pension, 28 days holiday, a birthday day off and staff discounts. Pay starts at £12.21 per hour (under 18 £10.00; 18–21 £11.75) with a 20-hour week across Monday to Sunday, with flexible hours where possible.

Qualifications

• No previous training required; full training provided.
• Confident and enthusiastic with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsabilités

• Customer Service – handle customer needs, take orders, cash handling and till operation.
• Prepare fresh sandwiches, baguettes and other foods in line with food safety standards (training provided).
• Assist with day-to-day shop operations.
