Job summary

Hovis is seeking a Production Operator to support daily orders and the shift production plan in a fast-paced bakery environment. You will operate production machinery and ensure high standards of hygiene and safety while contributing to KPI targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 month’s experience in a food manufacturing environment.
• Flexible and willing to work across all plants when required.
• Experience operating production machinery.
• Good team player with reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Fulfilment of daily orders and delivery of the shift production plan on time and in full.
• Operate production machinery safely and efficiently.
• Maintain hygiene, quality, and safety compliance in the work area.
• Record quality and performance data using company systems.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and KPI achievement.
