Connect Appointments are recruiting individuals to join our Rosyth based Bakery client, as Production Operatives.

What's on offer?

  • Sunday to Thursday, 8pm to 4:30am
  • £14.07 per hour - paid weekly
  • Ongoing temporary contract

Working as a Bakery Production Operative your day-to-day tasks will revolve around the production of a number of baked goods, including: Morning Rolls, Pie, Bridies, Pies, and cakes. You will also be expected to conduct quality checks on each finished item and ingredients at every stage of the production process; ensure a clean working environment at all times; and follow the company policies and procedures.

To be successful within this role you will be a reliable individual, ideally with previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or food related environment - but not essential, as full training is provided. Other key skills include:

  • The ability to work on your own and as part of a team
  • Follow both written and verbal instructions
  • An awareness of the importance of food hygiene
