Production Operative

Location: Trafford Park M17

Rotating shifts:

6am 2pm/2pm - 10pm GBP12.21/hr

10pm- 6am GBP13.21/hr

Proman are recruiting on behalf of our client based in Trafford Park. Our client specialises in food production market providing top quality sourdough breads across UK, and they are looking for Production Operatives to join their team.

Here is What You Can Expect to be Doing

• Production, baking and packing various bakery products
• Working across multiple production lines
• Quality checking all products
• Removing defective items
• Keeping machines supplied with materials and labels
• Manufacture safe, quality food by following all relevant Health, Safety, Environment and Food Safety standards and working practices
• Reporting machine faults to shift supervisors and maintenance staff
• General housekeeping, and maintaining the cleanliness of the production areas

A Few Things about You

• Demonstrate a high level of Health and Food Safety awareness
• Experience of working within a similar role is desirable
• Can work quickly and meet production targets
• To be able to work independently where needed, but also part of a team
• Willing to work a flexible shift pattern which include weekends and Bank Holidays
• To be able to work in warm and cold conditions
