Job summary

Key Accountabilities/Outcomes

• Manage and prepare sample requests
• Use comprehensive knowledge of the product, you will have the ability to highlight any quality issues and inform the relevant parties
• To work alongside product developers to prepare and samples for product submissions
• Must ensure the test kitchen is audit ready every day and all raw materials are replenished
• Maintain the sample bank, ensuring all current products are correctly stored and always deliver on quality
• Support on trials in the factory.
• Set up shelf life samples

Knowledge/Skills/Experience

• Keen to develop a successful career in the bakery industry and fully participate in an internal development programme provided by Rich’s
• Passion for food

Desirable

• Experience of working in a food manufacturing facility
• Practical bakery or catering experience
