Purpose Statement

Own the test kitchen with a can‑do attitude toward proactive NPD and quality attributes with a flexible nature to deliver for our customers.

• Manage and prepare sample requests
• Use comprehensive knowledge of the product to highlight any quality issues and inform the relevant parties
• Prepare samples alongside product developers for product submissions
• Ensure the test kitchen is audit ready every day and all raw materials are replenished
• Maintain the sample bank, ensuring all current products are correctly stored and always deliver on quality
• Support on trials in the factory
• Set up shelf‑life samples

Knowledge / Skills / Experience

• Keen to develop a successful career in the bakery industry and fully participate in an internal development programme provided by Rich’s
• Experience of working in a food manufacturing facility
• Practical bakery or catering experience
