Job summary

South West Recruitment Ltd is recruiting factory-based bakery packers for a prominent national food manufacturer in Poole, Dorset. Immediate starts are available and three rotating shifts are offered with a 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, and 10pm-6am pattern, paid at £13.05 per hour. Overtime may apply after 39 hours weekly at 1.5x (£19.58 per hour).

No experience is required and PPE and safety shoes are provided. A permanent position may arise after 12 weeks based on performance, with progression

• Conversational English level required.
• Pre settled status required for non-UK workers.
• No experience needed for entry to the role.

Responsibilities

• Pack products into boxes for dispatch.
• Check and monitor the quality of bakery products.
• Keep work areas tidy and clean.

3 Rotating Shifts:

Monday to Friday, early finish on Friday also including paid breaks

6am-2pm & 2pm-10pm & 10pm-6am rotating paid at £13.05 per hour

Occasional Overtime available after 39 weekly hours at x1.5 (£19.58 per hour)

• packing products into boxes for dispatch
• checking and monitoring the quality of bakery products
• keeping work areas tidy
