Job summary

Bayne’s the Family Bakers is recruiting for a Bakery Operative on a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern at our Lochore bakery. Starting from £30,446.33 per annum, you’ll work 39.375 hours per week on 12-hour shifts (6am-6pm & 10am-10pm). You must have your own transport as a requirement of the role.

You will be standing for long periods. The role involves operating the roll plant, fryers and ovens within a modern bakery and production site in Lochore, part of a family-owned business with a long-standing

• Experience in a fast-paced production environment.
• Previous experience with shift work or factory work.
• Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
• Positive, resilient attitude and willingness to learn.

Shift pattern: 12-hour shifts - your shift pattern will change between 6am-6pm & 10am-10pm.

Due to the shift pattern you MUST have your own transport.

• Previous experience working in fast paced production environment.
