Key tasks

• Develop ideas, create recipes, source new materials, and write product specifications.
• Collaborate with production teams; attend customer presentations, project meetings, and factory trials.
• Conduct shelf-life assessments, quality taste panels, and contribute to idea generation.
• Liaise with customers and carry out application work, ensuring cleanliness and good housekeeping in all work areas.

About You

• The successful candidate shall ideally be a recent Bakery Science graduate (or similar relevance) and have a high passion for food and flavours, with an open approach to innovation, processes, and concepts.
