• Perform a full PPM across all lines and equipment.
• Conduct daily site utilities checks and ensure proper operation.
• Respond quickly to machine breakdowns and implement fixes.
• Complete shift reports and communicate results to Production.
• Adhere to food hygiene standards and maintain clean machinery.
