Job summary

Moto is seeking a Team Member to join our team at Stafford Services, Stone. You will help deliver Greggs products and excellent customer service, supporting us in transforming the UK rest stop experience.

You'll be part of a friendly team, working a mix of early shifts across weekdays and weekends. The role emphasizes customer focus, teamwork and maintaining high standards in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Availability to work 4am–8pm, including weekends.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused approach to service.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a warm, friendly welcome.
• Process orders and requests efficiently.
• Produce hot food, baked goods and beverages.
• Deliver brand standards to a high level of consistency.
• Resolve enquiries with a customer-centric mindset.
• Replenish displays to maximise product availability.
• Keep workspace clean, tidy and welcoming.
• Work with colleagues to deliver a culture of teamwork.
• Leave customers with a memorable experience they want to repeat.
• Help prepare store and kitchen for the next trading day.
