Bakery Assistant at WatchHouse.

In Short

We are looking for a passionate, food-loving individual who is keen to learn all aspects of baking for a growing coffee business. You will be a key player in our operation, working closely with our head baker and bakery team to produce high-quality baked goods that meet our standards.

This is a full-time position, so all applicants must be able to commit up to 40 hours per week.

Directly reports into (Line Manager): Bakery Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in the preparation and production of a variety of bakery products including cookies, cakes, breads, viennoiseries, and more.
2. Packing and preparing boxes for delivery.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen area.
4. Help with inventory management and stock rotation.
5. Support the baking team in daily tasks such as mixing, baking, decorating, and finishing goods.
6. Adhere to all hygiene rules and food handling best practices.
