Olivier's Bakery is recruiting an Experienced Artisan Baker and Pastry Chef (Viennoisier).
The position involves working 5 days out of 7, with hours between 6pm and 6am. Some days will have shorter hours (weekday mornings), and others will be longer (weekends).
Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years' experience.
Salary starts at £21,500 up to £25,000 per annum; salary can be discussed during the interview.
The right candidate may receive a quick salary increase if all goes well.
Duties include supporting the team with mixing, dividing, shaping, baking, and packing breads and pastries. Packing involves preparing individual orders into bread boxes for delivery.
Deliveries are made early in the morning, between 3-4 am and 8 am, mostly within London.
Assist with loading vans as needed.
Cleaning and other production duties are part of the role.

Days off are typically between Monday and Thursday, usually two consecutive days.
Candidates should be well-presented and passionate about quality food.
Olivier's Bakery is a small team of artisan bakers producing some of the best breads and pastries in the UK.
