Exciting opportunity for a Baker, who will support the team of this family owned 4* hotel to achieve the highest levels of standards and service. The hotel offers its guests the highest quality of food prepared from fresh local ingredients. As Baker, you will be working in the kitchen under the guidance of the executive chef and will be expected to create products using the finest of ingredients ensuring that they reflect the main menus by using both modern and classic cooking methods.
Requirements:
This position requires a fully trained Baker who has experience in confectionary and is able to produce traditional bread, pastry and patisserie items as well as artisan goods for a restaurant serving 100+ covers.
