Are you a baker looking for a new exciting challenge?

We are a 7-day business, so our flexible working rotas usually include a weekend day.

We are seeking an enthusiastic baker to work in our fast-paced kitchen.

Our cafes offer the benefit of avoiding late-night hours, with no late-night work!

Main duties will include making our delicious homemade bakery products, such as various types of scones, large desserts, cakes, and traybakes daily, and assisting in packaging items for retail in our shop.

Hours: 30 – 35 hours per week

Pay: £ per hour (depending on experience)

Requirements:

• Be available to work 30-35 hours per week
• Be available to start from 6:30 am
• Be available to work on a weekend day
• Have similar baking experience
• Possess excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
• Have good knowledge of environmental health procedures, HACCP, and written records
• Hold an up-to-date food hygiene certificate
• Hold a relevant catering or patisserie qualification or certificate
