Hourly rate: £13–£18 (depending on experience)
Approx. yearly salary: £24,000–£35,000

Long White Cloud Bakery is a small, independent bakery café based in Hoxton, just a short walk from Columbia Road Flower Market. We’re looking for an experienced baker or assistant baker to join our warm and friendly team.

You should be confident working with sourdough bread, pastries, and buns, and also be happy to help with salads and sandwich prep when needed. We value people who are flexible, proactive, and take pride in doing things properly.
