Our Bakers play an essential role in delivering an exceptional customer experience across our Restaurants by providing tasty treats, ensuring food hygiene, and maintaining high operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Preparing a range of bakery items to a high quality, including bakery to go for the food hall
• Ensuring operations comply with statutory requirements such as health & safety and food hygiene
• Collaborating with the restaurant team to present items to a high standard for customers
• Developing knowledge of dietary requirements, allergens, and safety protocols
