Job summary

Be Personnel is recruiting Food Production Operatives for our client in Buckie. This is full-time agency work with shifts Monday to Friday 14:30–22:30. Rate £12.75 per hour with overtime at £19.13.

Long-term position with potential to become permanent if standards are met. You will work across production lines processing fresh or smoked salmon, mackerel or shellfish to customer specifications in a lightly chilled environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in food processing or manufacturing preferred.
• Flexible attitude and good work ethic required.
• Ability to lift and work in a lightly chilled environment.

Responsibilities

• Work across various stages of the production line.

As a Food Production Operative, you could be working at various stages of the production line, processing fresh or smoked salmon, mackerel or shellfish to customer specification.

We would love to hear from candidates who ideally have experience of working within a food processing or manufacturing environment, however, those with a flexible attitude, excellent work ethic, and experience of working within another manual type of role may also be considered.

The Food Production Operatives should be comfortable working in a lightly chilled environment, have an enthusiastic "can do" approach to work and a degree of physical capability, as there is some lifting involved in this position.
