Leading by example, the team leader will provide first-line management to staff within the DX operation. The role requires the ability to supervise team members, identify and provide training for current and new employees, whilst supporting the shift manager in running the operation.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Effectively support the Shift Manager in achieving all operational productivity and KPI targets by cascading all communication on key performance targets to all staff levels.
  2. Lead resources to meet productivity targets and promote positive working relationships with staff to develop their skills.
  3. Oversee the induction and training of new staff, ensuring ongoing operational training for all team members.
  4. Proactively support high standards of health and safety within the site.
  5. Encourage a positive working environment that delivers excellent service levels for customers and maximizes revenue for the business.
Additional Information

Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role in a logistics or warehouse environment is preferred. However, attitude is essential, and full training will be provided for the right candidate.
