You will build verifiers, review AI-generated solutions, and assess debugging, performance, and testing quality to produce strong, high-quality training material. The role emphasizes backend engineering judgment, scalable API considerations, and maintainability, with part-time hours and English-language work.

Qualifications

• Professional backend development experience with Java, Node.js, Go, Rust, TypeScript, Python, C++, or similar languages.
• Experience building scalable services and APIs.
• Strong knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and foundational computer science.
• Experience finding software bugs, system bottlenecks, or performance issues.
• Ability to refactor code and implement complex features in large-scale applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical communication skills.
• Experience designing service/test strategies, maintaining large automated test suites or CI pipelines is helpful.
• Public or private code samples demonstrating strong software engineering ability is helpful.

Responsibilities
