Backend Software Engineer / Developer (.Net Core AWS) London / WFH to £90k

Are you a backend focussed Software Engineer who enjoys collaborating and working on complex systems with cutting edge technology? As a Backend Software Engineer you'll join a cross functional Agile product team responsible for high-value business critical systems. You'll be building systems to manage large datasets which can process updates in real-time with high throughput and low latency; these systems are released with high frequency with technology choices that are continuously evolving.

There's a focus on backend development with C# .Net and Kubernetes however you will work across the full stack, using TypeScript, Blazor and React on the client side. You'll take ownership of projects and collaborate with a team of highly skilled engineers as well as business stakeholders, continually learning, assessing new technologies and making recommendations within a flat structure.

Location / WFH:

You'll be based in fantastic offices in a vibrant area of London with in-house gym and steam room, games room with pool tables and dart boards, library and free high quality catering (breakfast, lunch, dinner) from the onsite chef with flexibility to work from home two days a week.

About you:

• You have strong C# serverside development skills, including .Net Core and multi-threading
• You have a good knowledge of AWS and Kubernetes
• You're commercially aware and keen to understand the business impact of what you do
• You have excellent communication, collaboration and problem solving skills
• You're degree educated in a STEM discipline, Computer Science preferred, 2.1 or above
