Job summary

Programmai Ltd. in London is seeking a full-time software engineer to help build a world-class web platform, with remote Europe options.

You will join a small, talented team including ex-Googler and DeepMind scholar, working in a collaborative environment that values autonomy and learning. You’ll build APIs, model business logic, and evolve the system using modern cloud and CI/CD tooling.

Qualifications

• Experience writing readable, testable, and maintainable code.
• Strong programming skills in at least one backend language (Elixir, C++, Python, Ruby, etc.).
• Willingness to learn new languages and technologies.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform, Terraform and CI/CD workflows.
• Interest in gaining full-stack skills.

Responsibilities

• Build APIs to serve our user-facing web applications.
• Model the business logic in relational databases.
• Integrate with external APIs (e.g. Facebook, Google).
• Evolve the system, improve automation, and make technical decisions with the team.
• Review code and share knowledge.
