Backend Software Engineer / Developer (C# .Net AWS Python) London / WFH to £100k

Would you like to join a growing and profitable start-up that is viewed as a leading FinTech disruptor in a senior role that will allow you a great deal of influence and progression?

As a Backend Software Engineer, you will architect and build highly performant and scalable solutions using the Microsoft tech stack and SOLID design principles. You will collaborate with cross-functional Agile project teams in 2-week sprints, advocating for best practices and ensuring timely software delivery.

You will work on new features and development projects, and help drive AI adoption within the business by introducing chatbots and exploring AI-driven process improvements. This impactful role involves reporting to and collaborating with the CTO, providing high visibility and quick results.

Location / WFH:

Hybrid policy: two days in the London offices and three days remote each week.

About you:

• Experienced Software Engineer with knowledge of modern best practices.
• Strong C# backend development skills; Python skills are a plus.
• Good knowledge of AWS.
• Experience working on highly scalable systems.
• Solid understanding of Computer Science fundamentals such as OOP, Data Structures, Design Patterns.
• Interest in or experience with Artificial Intelligence, including ChatGPT.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and planning skills.
• Business acumen with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
