W3Global seeks a seasoned Java professional to join our financial services team. You will work on Java NIO components, FIX protocol connectivity, and low-latency systems, leveraging Spring Boot and enterprise messaging stacks.

The role emphasizes cloud-native microservices and containerization, with a strong focus on test-driven development, processes, and cross-functional collaboration. Candidates should have solid RDBMS experience (Oracle, Sybase, MS SQL) and familiarity with Unix/Linux

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Java NIO components such as Channels, Buffers and Selectors.
• Expert knowledge of FIX protocol, market connectivity, and low-latency programming.
• Strong Java and Spring Boot based development.
• Experience with middle layer messaging services like JMS, MQ, EMS or Kafka.
• RDBMS concepts with Oracle, Sybase or MS SQL.
• Cloud experience with microservices and containerization.
• Test driven development and adherence to development standards.
• Unix or Linux scripting.
• CI/CD tools, Agile development, and software life cycle.
• MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
