Job summary

Telluvian is a London-based pre-seed startup building scalable ML infrastructure. We’re hiring a graduate backend engineer to build and run the systems that support our research and product.

This full-time role requires four days in the London office and offers ownership of key infra from day one, with meaningful equity and a close collaboration with frontier interpretability researchers.

Qualifications

• A computer science or related STEM degree and internship or prior work experience.
• Strong general software engineering skills, able to reason through system design.
• Track record of shipping projects, deployed and kept running.
• Familiarity with ML concepts and their impact on systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage cloud infrastructure and optimize costs.
• Ensure reliable serving of ML models and inference management.
• Maintain and host the company website (not a frontend role).
• Contribute to backend product engineering across the stack as the company scales.
