Job summary

Saragossa is seeking a strong backend engineer to own and develop in-house systems for a leading hedge fund. You will work on rebuilding internal tools and real-time trading platforms, with a focus on data-driven, scalable architectures.

Collaborating with traders and revenue teams, you will ensure requirements are captured and translated into robust software. Proficiency in C# or Java is preferred, with familiarity in Kafka/Flink and big data processing helping drive the firm's multi-asset

Qualifications

• Experience building backend services for distributed systems.
• Proficiency in at least one major language (C# or Java).
• Experience with real-time data processing and streams.
