Neo4j is seeking experienced backend engineers to join a team that builds the distributed aspects of the Neo4j database. You will contribute to high availability, distributed consistency, horizontal scalability and deployment flexibility across global production environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in distributed systems through usage, administration or development.
• Desire to learn modern and high-performance Java programming.

Responsibilities

• Work on the distributed aspects of the Neo4j database.
• Develop features end to end from core database to managed service Aura.
• Collaborate with support engineers, SREs and product teams to design and maintain features.
• Learn, think, and experiment while growing the team and product.
