One of our companies is currently looking for a CS SaaS Backend Developer in Anywhere.

This role offers the chance to develop scalable, cloud-based microservices within a fast-growing SaaS environment. You will work with modern technologies like Spring Boot, Docker, and Kubernetes to help build and maintain high-performance backend systems accessed by millions of users globally. This isn't just another CRUD job—you'll be architecting and refining core logic in a distributed, containerized environment. You'll join a small, agile team and work closely with cross-functional partners to deliver innovative features while maintaining exceptional performance and reliability. Accountabilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize robust backend microservices using Java and Spring frameworks
• Build highly transactional and scalable systems using modern tools and cloud infrastructure
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to shape technical solutions that drive product innovation
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to architecture decisions
• Maintain system performance and uptime with container-based deployments on Kubernetes and AWS
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement across the development process
• Assist in diagnosing and resolving production issues when required, including occasional on-call duties
  
  
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of backend development experience, ideally in SaaS environments
• Proficiency in Java 8+ and Spring Boot, with exposure to Spring Cloud and iBATIS preferred
• Deep understanding of Microservices architecture, REST APIs, and distributed systems
• Experience with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes
• Solid knowledge of SQL and experience working with databases such as MySQL and Redis
• Familiarity with message queues (e.g., RocketMQ or RabbitMQ) and caching tools (e.g., ElasticSearch)
• Strong understanding of modern software quality practices, including testing and maintainability
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a globally distributed, agile team
