You will manage key components of our technology stack, including APIs, databases, and timer services, while also providing insights and recommendations to enhance our product offering.

Requirements

What we're looking for:

• At least 2 years of experience working with ASP.Net C#
• Proven experience managing APIs in Azure and WebAPIs
• Strong skills in Microsoft SQL and WebAPI management
• Strong ability to oversee databases, ensuring performance and scalability
• Ability to collaborate effectively and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Extra points if you have:

• Experience with Azure Active Directory (AAD) integration, including app registration, OAuth flows, and managing Azure permissions
• Familiarity with Microsoft Graph API or similar APIs for user, group, or resource management within a cloud environment.

Responsibilities Will Include

• Working on Sprocket 365, enhancing its capabilities as a leading knowledge base solution in SharePoint
• Managing APIs in Azure and WebAPIs to ensure reliability and performance
• Maintaining and enhancing our management portal
• Managing and optimising timer services for efficient process automation
• Overseeing database management, ensuring data integrity and scalability
• Developing new functionality based on customer and management requirements
• Writing efficient, maintainable, and scalable code
• Collaborating with the product team and customers to develop customisations and enhancements
• Offering insights and recommendations to enhance our products as we scale
