About our Team

Our global treasury team supports RELX's business operations by providing expert advice and handling treasury matters such as transactions, funding, and accounting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper authorization and compliance of treasury deals and payments
• Provide electronic confirmations and maintain files for treasury transactions
• Run control reports, prepare payments, and execute electronic payments
• Ensure all payments are made and received on the correct value date via daily bank reconciliation
• Confirm deals with counterparties and release CP in the electronic system
• Perform compliance reporting and maintain relevant databases
• Keep derivatives and long-term debt reset rates updated in the Treasury Management System
• Maintain files for commercial paper and foreign exchange contracts, and send payment advices to affiliated companies
• Assist with administrative tasks and Fides Maintenance

Requirements

• Solid experience working in a financial environment
• Experience in complex multinational corporate settings
• Familiarity with Treasury Management Systems (TMS)
• Proficiency in foreign languages is advantageous
• Team player with proactive problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and pay attention to detail
