Job summary

Holland Mountain, a global leader in consulting and data solutions for Private Markets, seeks a Senior Consultant to lead back-office transformation projects for PE and asset management clients. You will guide engagements from discovery through implementation, driving efficiency and operating-model improvements with technology-enabled change.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering consulting or transformation projects within Private Markets, Asset Management or Financial Services.
• Strong business analysis and requirements gathering skills.
• Ability to lead workshops and manage senior client stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead back-office transformation programmes across private equity and alternative asset managers.
• Manage multiple client engagements, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
• Facilitate workshops and engage senior stakeholders to define business requirements and operational improvements.
• Review and optimise fund operations, investment operations, finance, accounting, reporting, compliance and data management processes.
• Conduct business process mapping, operating model reviews and target operating model design.
• Lead vendor selection, system implementation and operational review engagements.
• Mentor and coach junior consultants while managing project workstreams.
• Support business development by contributing to proposals, client presentations and solution design.
• Ensure accurate project governance, budget management and resource planning.
