Summary of the role:

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our Operations team as a Business Analyst. This role entails identifying and driving change initiatives to enhance operational efficiencies, boost customer satisfaction, and minimize complaints. The successful candidate will analyse business requirements, assess change impacts, explore options, and recommend solutions to facilitate effective business change delivery.

What you'll be doing:

  • Identify business requirements for change through stakeholder consultation.
  • Analyse current business operations to develop As-Is process models.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess change impacts and create To-Be process models.
  • Utilize analytical methods to evaluate and validate business solution options.
  • Interpret legislative and regulatory changes to assess their impact on business processes and systems.
  • Contribute to impact assessments and cost-benefit analyses to inform decision-making.
  • Support business acceptance testing activities and address queries and issues from the Test team.

What we're looking for:

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications specially in MS Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in communicating with stakeholders individually and in groups.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels
  • Keen attention to detail, effective fact-finding skills, and the ability to make evaluative judgments based on both quantitative and qualitative information
  • Understanding of financial considerations and potential financial impacts of requirements and solution options
  • Broad awareness of the Financial Services industry and its regulatory environment
  • A systematic, disciplined, and analytical approach to problem-solving
