Responsibilities:

  • Clean equipment thoroughly and promptly according to standards.
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
  • Approach tasks positively and enthusiastically, working well as part of a team.
  • Understand ingredients, methods, and build of menu products.
  • Follow cleaning and storage standards, including assisting with pot wash and maintaining a 'clean as you go' attitude.
  • Complete daily paperwork in line with standards.
