The Restaurant Hub in Sydenham, part of the Boparan Restaurant Group, is seeking a Back of House Team Member to support our kitchen. You’ll prep ingredients, plate dishes, ensure quality, and keep the team moving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Kitchen Organization: Keep your workspace clean and organised, ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Team Support: Work closely with your teammates, helping where needed to ensure seamless service.
• Stock Management: Monitor ingredients and supplies, reporting any shortages to keep the kitchen well-stocked and ready.
• Safety and Hygiene: Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards to maintain a safe and clean working environment.
