Job summary

Everyman Salisbury is seeking Back of House Team Members to join our kitchen operations. You will support the Head Chef and ensure accuracy and quality of every dish leaving the kitchen, from burgers to sharing plates.

We're looking for energetic team players with a positive attitude who can thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment and deliver the high standard guests expect. Perks include cinema tickets, discounts, and wellbeing resources.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a kitchen environment as a Back of House team member, line cook, crew member, kitchen assistant or chef is desirable, but overall we are looking for candidates with a positive, can-do mindset.
• A passion for food, customer service, hospitality, and people, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that every item leaving the kitchen meets high standards of quality and consistency.
• Work alongside the Head Chef to support smooth kitchen operations across burgers, pizzas, and sharing plates.
• Contribute to a welcoming guest experience by maintaining teamwork and flexibility during service.

Working alongside the Head Chef, you will be responsible for ensuring that each and every item that leaves the kitchen is of the highest standards, helping to ensure that our guests have the best possible experience whilst visiting one of our venues. Our menu, focused around burgers, pizzas, and sharing plates is sure to get mouths watering!

What You Bring To The Crew

Previous experience in a kitchen environment as a Back of House Team Member, Line Cook, Crew Member, Kitchen Assistant or Chef is desirable, but overall, we are looking for candidates with:
