Everyman Salisbury is hiring Back of House Team Members to help deliver the high-quality cinema hospitality we’re known for. You’ll work with the Head Chef to ensure every kitchen item leaving the pass meets our standards and supports a great guest experience.

We’re looking for energetic, team-oriented people who love food and service, with flexibility to work across shifts. The role combines fast-paced kitchen activity with friendly, guest-focused hospitality.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality roles preferred.
• Passion for food and guest service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Assist kitchen team to ensure high standards of food leaving the kitchen.

Working alongside the Head Chef, you will be responsible for ensuring that each and every item that leaves the kitchen is of the highest standards, helping to ensure that our guests have the best possible experience whilst visiting one of our venues. Our menu, focused around burgers, pizzas, and sharing plates is sure to get mouths watering!
