The Restaurant Hub in Manchester is seeking a Back of House Team Member to help prep ingredients, cook dishes, and plate them to our high standard. You will assist with food prep, maintain kitchen hygiene, and support safety and stock checks to ensure smooth service.

You will work closely with a supportive team across BRG brands, embracing flexible hours and ongoing training to grow your culinary skills in a dynamic, fast-paced kitchen environment.

• Kitchen Organization: Keep your workspace clean and organised, ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Team Support: Work closely with your teammates, helping where needed to ensure seamless service.
• Stock Management: Monitor ingredients and supplies, reporting any shortages to keep the kitchen well-stocked and ready.
• Safety and Hygiene: Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards to maintain a safe and clean working environment.
