  • Leading, mentoring, and motivating the kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes.
  • Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
  • Managing inventory, monitoring food stock, and ensuring timely ordering of supplies.
  • Collaborating with the Front of House Supervisor to ensure seamless service.
  • Handling kitchen-related issues and resolving them promptly to maintain smooth operations.
  • Supporting staff training and development to uphold our brand’s high standards.
  • Creating a positive, productive work environment where the kitchen team can thrive.

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within a kitchen or similar fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a kitchen team.
